About the Commission
The Data Protection Commission supervises and enforces the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
This portal is the official channel for registration of Data Controllers and Processors in Ghana. Organisations use it to apply, renew, verify certificates, and stay compliant with their statutory obligations.
